I have had the privilege of working as an occupational therapist for nine years, primarily in pediatrics, along with experience across a variety of clinical settings and some international work. My diverse background allows me to bring creativity, flexibility, and a broad perspective to the clients and families I get to work with. I am especially passionate about helping individuals build independence in daily life skills while also discovering what motivates them, whether that’s a hobby, a personal goal, or something entirely new. I believe therapy should feel meaningful and empowering, supporting not just what someone needs to do, but what lights them up and excites them. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me spending time with my husband and toddler, exploring the outdoors, traveling, gardening, or baking something sweet at home.
